The studio sits across from the PGA Tour Superstore. You’ll find the studio off the 101 and Shea on the northwest corner of the Pima Crossing shopping center. Nearby neighborhoods include McCormick Ranch, Gainey Ranch, and Paradise Valley.

Our studio is open 24 hours and offers semi-private infrared sauna workout sessions with three people or less. Our sessions feature a certified Virtual Instructor on convenient app-based appointment scheduling.

The FX Zone (Functional Exercise Zone) provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
