We first heard about Jak’d through Costco. Then we visited the store, and were introduced to the manager Chris. The store is super impressive, the carts live up to the name Jak’d. Lots of colors combos to choose from. Chris was very informative and knowledgeable. We were also able to get the bag extension added to the cart. We then decided on a cart, the finance they offered is really good. Two years at 0%. Chris was thorough and fast and getting the paperwork done. Within a few days our cart was delivered, oh and they deliver within a 3 hour radius. I absolutely love my golf cart! Thank you Chris for everything. You definitely went above and beyond for us!
We absolutely love our cart from JAK’D Carts of DFW! We got an ICON with the lithium battery and she’s got some zOoM! Her nickname is black widow and it fits her well. The sound system and light displays solidified the deal and were an absolute hit in the Caddo Mills Christmas parade in December. The guys were awesome to work with and made the buying process easy and fun! We were able to drive around until we found the perfect fit.If you are in the market for a new golf cart, go with this crew, hands down.

I was looking to replace my 4 year old lead acid batteries on my 2020 Club Car Onward. I drove down to check out Jak'd carts cart and met with Chris the manager. He was not only knowledgeable about all carts, he recommended the lithium (Eco) brand for longevity, range and said that it was maintenance free. This was a win win for my needs and Chris scheduled to have my cart picked up from my house and delivered back to me in a timely manner. If you are looking to get new batteries like me or maybe one of the tricked out Icon brand carts they sell, ask for Chris and he will get you taken care of. 10/10 customer service, the family and I decided to grab a cart from these guys based on the no pressure that was placed upon visiting their storefront. We knew we wanted a kart but didn’t know exactly what we want. Chris was super helpful and allowed me to visit and pick his brain. They are awesome. Chris was who I worked with. He was kind and helpful. He worked with me to answer my 500 questions. The location is perfect! Very clean, many options. You could eat off the floor it was so clean. I liked being able to look at all the carts and explore all the different options. The delivery was same day, the gentleman that delivered was very helpful and professional. I recommend anyone in the market for a cart to go to Jak’d and see Chris!
